"Recycling should be an issue of importance and priority for so many
reasons. There are several colleges and universities throughout the nation
that participate in these efforts successfully. With this in mind, I hope
NDSU follows these examples sooner rather than later."

"Being a person who really enjoys nature and wanting our
environment to stay healthy I think my philosophy is fairly simple. An
active, recycling program is an investment in the phyisical and mental
health of our children. At a time when we can observe the effects of
not having a recycling program it is hard to imagine the rational of a
family, organization, business, or community not instituting an active
recycling program."
